Back in 2007 we purchased our state of the art Alfa Laval Three Phase Olive Mill in order to timely capture the freshness & flavors of our olives to produce the best extra virgin olive oils possible.

Community Milling
One Sunday every harvest year we dedicate to those in our community that have a few trees to have their olives milled in the old village style of being pooled with others and then getting the appropriate share of the produced oil.
Custom Milling
For those growers that have 1,000 pounds or more of olives to be milled, we offer custom milling, based on Mill Calendar availability. With our Mill, we can do about 1.25 ton per hour, so we can help the more boutique growers get their olives milling in a timely fashion.
